AI-enabled brands

Identity systems built with generative tooling from day one, so the brand keeps producing after launch instead of freezing in a PDF.

The problem with brand manuals

A classic identity ships as a PDF of rules and a folder of logos. Six months later the marketing team needs a visual for a topic the manual never imagined, and the brand starts to drift. The rules were never the brand; the ability to make new, consistent things was.

What I build instead

An identity with a small production system attached. Typography, colour and composition as usual, but also: prompt libraries and fine-tuned image models that produce on-brand imagery, templates that live in the tools the team already uses, and a set of rules written for machines as well as people.

How it goes

  1. Positioning and voice. Short, in workshops, with the people who will have to live with it.
  2. The visual system. Designed by hand. Generative tools come in only once there is something worth generating from.
  3. The production layer. Models, prompts, templates, and a day of training so the team can run it without me.

What you get

A brand that produces a new campaign visual in an afternoon, not a briefing cycle. A system that a new hire can learn in a week. And a launch that is a beginning, not the peak.
